Job summary

CHANEL is offering a 6-month E-Business Internship in the Middle East, based in Dubai. The role spans E-Commerce, E-Retail and Omnichannel tasks, supporting digital operations, merchandising, campaigns and performance insights.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to content updates, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in a luxury digital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• Advanced technical skills in Excel.
• Comfortable working with data and digital platforms.
• Previous internship or academic exposure to Digital, E-Commerce or Retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a plus.
• Preferably based in the UAE.
