Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator for Vendor Registration & Prequalification in the Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on coordinating commercial activities, managing RFQs and quotations, and ensuring efficient vendor registration with ADNOC group companies and EPC contractors.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in sales/commercial coordination within Oil & Gas, with strong knowledge of RFQs, costings, and supplier registrations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Commercial Coordination, Vendor Registration, or Prequalification.
• Strong experience within Oil & Gas / Industrial Trading sector.
• Hands-on experience in ADNOC / EPC vendor registration and prequalification.
• Knowledge of RFQs, quotations, costing, and commercial documentation.
• Familiarity with supplier registration portals and approval processes.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas products such as valves, piping, fittings, flanges, instrumentation, electrical, or mechanical equipment is preferred.
• Good understanding of Incoterms and international procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple submissions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer RFQs, enquiries, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
• Prepare quotations, costing sheets, price comparisons, and commercial offers.
• Source products from local and international suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Manage vendor registration and supplier prequalification processes.
• Prepare and submit prequalification documents, company profiles, certifications, and supporting records.
• Handle registrations with ADNOC Group companies, EPC contractors, and major Oil & Gas clients.
• Track registration status, renewals, approvals, and outstanding documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, procurement teams, and internal departments on registration requirements.
• Maintain vendor portals, registration trackers, and prequalification databases.
• Support tender and bid submissions where required.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain supplier/customer databases, quotation history, and commercial records.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Sales teams for smooth order execution.
• Support business development activities and identification of new clients and suppliers.
