Job summary

Sisco Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks a Procurement Coordinator for an Oil & Gas client. You will coordinate procurement activities, issue RFQs, evaluate suppliers, and ensure timely material availability for project needs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's/Diploma in a related field with 3–5 years Oil & Gas procurement experience and familiarity with ERP systems; SAP/Ariba exposure and ADNOC registration knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Materials Management or related discipline.
Procurement/Supply Chain certification advantageous.
Typical 3-5 years Oil & Gas procurement/purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement activities for Oil & Gas materials, equipment, and services.
Prepare and issue RFQs and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers.
Evaluate supplier quotations based on terms, technicals, delivery, and quality.
Prepare POs and maintain procurement records.
Coordinate with suppliers to monitor orders and delivery schedules.
Support supplier sourcing, prequalification, evaluation, and vendor development.
Collaborate with engineering, QA/QC, logistics, finance, and project teams.
