AimGulf in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Coordinator to prepare technical RFQs and quotations for oil & gas products, liaise with suppliers and EPC contractors, and ensure ADNOC compliance. You will bridge customers, suppliers and internal teams to streamline sales processes and drive satisfaction.

Required: 5–7 years in oil & gas sales coordination, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, experience with SAP/Oracle or similar ERP systems, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years in sales coordination or commercial roles in oil & gas.
• Experience preparing technical RFQs and quotations.
• Familiar with UAE oil & gas projects (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Prepare and manage technical RFQs and sales quotations.
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing, lead times and specs.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors and ADNOC for compliance.
• Maintain CRM/ERP records and tender documentation.
• Track orders and support bid submissions and negotiations.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between teams.
