Al Mousawi Trading Company LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced professional to manage supplier registrations and PQ submissions for ADNOC Group companies and major EPC contractors.

You will maintain vendor profiles, ensure documentation compliance (licenses, ISO certificates, catalogs, datasheets), and coordinate with technical and sales teams.

The role supports business development by enabling timely PQ approvals and keeping supplier records accurate and up-to-date.

Competenze

• Experience in supplier/vendor registration for ADNOC Group and EPC contractors.
• Knowledge of PQ submissions and ICV requirements.
• Experience maintaining ISO certificates, catalogs, datasheets and trade documents.

Responsible for managing supplier and principal registrations, maintaining accurate company and product documentation, and ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi and UAE oil & gas industry requirements. The role supports business development by enabling prequalification (PQ) approvals, maintaining updated vendor profiles, and ensuring product documentation meets client and regulatory standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Manage vendor registration and PQ processes with ADNOC Group companies and major EPC contractors, including:
• Maintain active registrations, ensure timely renewals, and respond to vendor portal updates and queries.
• Maintain and update supplier/principal documents (trade licenses, ISO certificates, catalogs, datasheets, MTCs, agency agreements). Ensure compliance with ADNOC and client standards and manage digital/physical records.
• Update supplier profiles, register new oil & gas products with full technical details, ensure correct ADNOC material coding, and coordinate with technical and sales teams.
• Prepare PQ submissions, ensure compliance with ADNOC and ICV requirements, monitor standards updates, coordinate internal approvals, and generate periodic registration and PQ status reports.
