Office Assistant Vacancy in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are currently hiring for the position of Office Assistant in our Abu Dhabi office. This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for dedicated individuals who are willing to work hard and grow with our company. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  2. Answer phone calls and take messages
  3. Manage mail, emails, and faxes
  4. Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
  5. Schedule appointments and meetings
  6. Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  7. Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
  8. Track office expenses and prepare monthly reports
  9. Perform clerical duties like photocopying, scanning, and filing
  10. Ensure the office remains clean and well-maintained
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Office Assistant is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
  • Ability to work independently

Salary: $1800/month
