Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of off-plan property consultants.
Drive off-plan sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
Coach and mentor team members to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and client management.
Maintain strong relationships with developers and key industry partners.
Stay up to date with new off-plan launches, payment plans, pricing, and market opportunities.
Support the team with negotiations, client presentations, and closing deals.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and reporting to management.
Recruit, train, and develop new team members where required.
