Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UAE real estate experience with leadership exposure.
• Proven record of achieving/exceeding off-plan sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of UAE developers, projects, and market trends.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage Off Plan Property Consultants to hit sales targets.
• Develop and implement off-plan sales strategies across the UAE.
• Build relationships with developers and stay updated on new launches.
• Coach the team through training sessions and performance reviews.
• Present property options to clients and manage high-value deals.
• Ensure adherence to UAE real estate laws and company policies.
• Track sales metrics and report performance to management.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and high-quality service.
