Job summary

Banke International Properties is seeking an experienced Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead our Dubai off-plan sales team and drive performance across the portfolio.

You will develop sales strategies, coach consultants, and build strong relationships with developers and clients while ensuring targets are met in a fast-paced market. RERA certification is preferred and a UAE driving license is an advantage. The role offers growth, commissions, and marketing support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate.
• Strong experience in off-plan property sales.
• Previous leadership role with sales targets proven.
• Knowledge of Dubai's property market and major developers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Off-Plan Property Consultants.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor team performance, sales pipelines and conversion rates.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales performance.
• Support consultants with client meetings, negotiations and closing deals.
• Build relationships with developers and industry partners.
• Stay updated on Dubai market, launches, pricing and payment plans.
• Recruit and develop high-performing Property Consultants.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Ensure leads are managed through CRM and follow-ups are effective.
