Job summary

Tandem Search is seeking an experienced Corporate Banking hunter in the UAE to originate and onboard New-to-Bank corporate clients with financing needs across Government/GRE, manufacturing, and services sectors. The role focuses on corporate lending and asset growth, not SME or transaction banking, and requires a proven track record in origination and client onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of continuous experience in Dubai & Northern Emirates market.
• Prior role as a Relationship Manager (RM) or Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) in Corporate Banking.
• Proven track record covering Government/GRE, manufacturing, and services sectors.
• Demonstrated experience as a hunter/originator onboarding new corporate clients (not purely portfolio management).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pursue, and onboard New-to-Bank (NTB) corporate clients requiring financing solutions
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across Government entities, GREs, manufacturing, and services sectors
• Structure and close financing deals including:
• Term Loans and Revolving Credit Facilities (RCFs)
• Working Capital (WC) facilities
• Syndicated Loans
• Deliver a minimum of 2 new client onboardings within the first 6 months
• Upon successful completion of probation, take on management of a portion of the existing portfolio alongside continued NTB origination responsibilities
• Conduct client due diligence in line with the bank's target market and risk appetite
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Product teams to structure and execute deals
• Maintain a strong understanding of client industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and market trends to identify financing opportunities
• Represent the bank in client meetings, negotiations, and relationship-building activities
