Job summary

UBL UAE is seeking a Trade Sales Manager – SME & Commercial to drive growth of the bank's Trade Finance business across SME and Commercial Banking segments in the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, increasing trade volumes and fee income while delivering tailored solutions that meet working capital and international trade needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years banking experience, with Trade Finance exposure.
• Strong sales and relationship-management skills.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and fee-income growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Trade Finance sales strategy for SME and Commercial Banking.
• Drive new-to-bank acquisition and deepen relationships to grow trade volumes and revenue.
• Structure trade solutions including LCs, guarantees, import/export finance and working-capital solutions.
• Coordinate with Credit and Risk teams to ensure proper pricing, limits and risk mitigation.
• Cross-sell Trade Finance with other Transaction Banking products to maximise wallet share.
