Job summary

Mashreq is seeking an experienced corporate banking professional to originate and manage new-to-bank relationships with large corporates and middle-market clients in the UAE. You will drive business development, client acquisition, and cross-sell activities across product lines while ensuring robust credit management and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of banking experience in business development and credit
• UAE experience in similar role preferred
• University level education in business or finance
• Strong credit analytical skills and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify and onboard new-to-bank corporate relationships within Large Corporates and Middle Market segments
• Develop proposition strategy and campaigns with product partners
• Manage credit process from proposal through approvals and onboarding
• Build and maintain networks with key contacts in potential client companies
• Monitor market trends and drive disciplined marketing to initiate relationships
• Cross-sell Mashreq products (treasury, cash management, trade, private banking)
