Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks a senior leader to manage large account portfolios in wholesale banking from its Abu Dhabi base. You will originate opportunities, develop term sheets, and lead a team to grow client relationships while overseeing risk and regulatory compliance.

The role requires extensive banking experience, strong communication, and team mentorship, with emphasis on KYC/AML adherence and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline required.
• 12+ years of experience in Banking.
• 8+ years in a senior team management role.
• Deep knowledge of Wholesale Banking or investment banking.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• MBA preferred.
