You will focus on NTB acquisition, originate and close financing opportunities for large UAE-based corporates, leveraging an established UAE corporate network to drive loan book growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of continuous corporate banking experience across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
• Proven track record in originating and acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) clients and growing loan books.
• Strong corporate lending experience with an established UAE corporate market network.

Our client is currently looking to hire a Large Corporate Relationship Manager to join their Dubai team.

About the Role

The Large Corporate Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving new-to-bank (NTB) client acquisition and asset growth, focusing on large corporates across Government/GREs, manufacturing, and services. The role will involve originating and closing financing opportunities, including term loans, RCFs, working capital facilities, Sukuk/bonds, and syndicated loans.

The role will target large UAE-based companies with significant financing requirements, particularly businesses owned by UAE, GCC, and other Arab countries. The role will leverage an established UAE corporate network to identify and convert new lending opportunities and drive loan book growth.

About You

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of continuous corporate banking experience across Dubai and the Northern Emirates, at RM or SRM level, with a proven track record in originating and acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) clients and growing loan books. The candidate should have strong corporate lending experience, excluding SME, liabilities, and transaction banking, together with an established network across the UAE corporate market.
