Job summary

Confidential invites an experienced Night Manager to join its leadership team at a premier luxury residence in Downtown Dubai. You will supervise night operations, ensure safety, guest satisfaction, and seamless handovers.

As senior on duty, you manage front office, security, and engineering during night hours, coordinate with teams, uphold brand standards, and provide authoritative responses to guest and resident inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar Night Manager or Duty Manager role within a 5-star hotel or high-end luxury residential community.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and MS Office Suite.
• Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic/Russian/French advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE hospitality laws and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee front office, security, and engineering during night shift.
• Guest & Resident Relations: Resolve inquiries and emergencies with professionalism.
• Safety & Security: Enforce protocols, conduct patrols, manage emergency responses.
• Team Supervision: Lead night auditors, security, porters; ensure SOPs.
• Financial Integrity: Manage night audit, billing accuracy, cash floats, PMS recordings.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards during the night.
