Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an experienced Night Manager to lead operations for a premier luxury residence in Downtown Dubai. You will oversee front office, security, and engineering during night hours, ensuring safety, guest satisfaction, and brand standards.

You will supervise night staff, manage night audits, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate with authorities for emergencies, while ensuring reporting and compliance with UAE hospitality regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Night Manager or Duty Manager in a 5‑star hotel or luxury residential community.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French) advantageous.
• Strong decision‑making under pressure with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night operations (front office, security, engineering) and ensure smooth handovers to day team; prepare morning leadership reports.
• Resolve complex guest/resident inquiries, complaints, or emergencies with professionalism and empathy.
• Enforce security protocols, conduct property patrols, and coordinate emergency responses with authorities and internal teams.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise night auditors, security personnel, and porters; maintain grooming and SOP standards.
• Manage night audit processes, verify billing, handle cash floats, and ensure accurate PMS entries.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tourism laws, and health & safety standards during night hours.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and vigilant Night Manager to join the leadership team of a premier luxury residence property in the heart of Downtown Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to manage operations during critical night hours, ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and guest satisfaction for our discerning residents and visitors.

As the senior leader on duty overnight, you will act as the primary point of contact for all operational matters, leading a diverse team to deliver seamless service while maintaining strict adherence to security protocols and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee all front office, security, and engineering operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth handovers from the day team and preparing comprehensive reports for morning leadership.
• Guest & Resident Relations: Act as the final authority for resolving complex guest/resident inquiries, complaints, or emergencies with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Safety & Security: Enforce strict security protocols, conduct regular property patrols, and manage emergency response procedures (fire, medical, security incidents) in coordination with local authorities and internal teams.
• Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of night auditors, security personnel, and porters, ensuring grooming standards and SOPs are maintained.
• Financial Integrity: Manage night audit processes, verify billing accuracy, handle cash floats, and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly in the PMS.
• Compliance: Ensure the property remains compliant with all local regulations, tourism laws, and internal health & safety standards throughout the night.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar Night Manager or Duty Manager role within a 5-star hotel or high-end luxury residential community.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Opera PMS (or similar property management systems) and MS Office Suite.
• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French) are a strong advantage.
• Competencies:
