• Main point of guest contact 24 hours.
• Monitor night arrivals and ensure requests are carried out smoothly.
• Complete the night audit in line with hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all night arrivals, ensuring requests are carried out smoothly.
• Ensure all reservations are honoured or dealt with quickly and smoothly.
• Deal with VIP room inspections/arrivals/departures.
• Ensure guest satisfaction follow-up is completed in a timely manner.
• Submit housekeeping and cleaning requests as required.
• Keep team up to date with hotel products, services, room types, rates and outlets.
