Job summary

Anantara Group seeks a night operations professional for its Abu Dhabi location to be the main contact for guests around the clock. The role includes monitoring late arrivals, maintaining reservation integrity, and handling VIP room inspections and departures.

Responsibilities include completing the night audit per hotel standards, coordinating housekeeping, and ensuring staff are informed about products, services, rates, and outlets. Training sessions will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of guest contact 24 hours a day.
• Monitor all night arrivals, ensuring requests are carried out smoothly.
• Ensure all reservations are honoured or dealt with quickly and smoothly.
• Deal with VIP room inspections/arrivals/departures.
• Complete the night audit in line with resort standards and procedures.
• Submit housekeeping and cleaning requests as required.
• Ensure all team members are up to date with current hotel products and services including room types, rates, facilities, and outlets.
• Attend training sessions as required.
