Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks an experienced Director of Operations for a prestigious Dubai five-star luxury hotel, overseeing all facets of hotel operations to elevate service and performance. You will lead Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations, driving guest satisfaction, profitability, and high standards, in collaboration with the General Manager and Executive Committee.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive luxury hospitality experience with senior operational leadership.
• Proven track record in managing high-volume luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide Standards and LQA audits.
• Experience leading diverse teams and driving guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B.
• Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence in a high-volume luxury setting.
• Ensure FTG and LQA standards compliance.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Executive Committee to execute business strategies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor, cost control, and revenue optimization.
