Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island seeks a Night Manager to lead the overnight Rooms Management Team, overseeing the lobby and guest arrivals/departures with a focus on seamless service. This high-profile role ensures accurate communication among managers and supports the Front Office Manager.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a luxury-brand role, at least five years in luxury hotels, a Bachelor’s degree, and outstanding leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a luxury-brand role.
• Outgoing personality with a can-do attitude.
• Strong understanding of Rooms operations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of experience in luxury hotels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Desk staff during overnight shift, including interviews, training, and scheduling.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, and billing with Sales and Catering.
• Ensure adherence to financial and credit procedures.
• Resolve guest complaints with a high level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Assist the Assistant Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager as needed.
