Aloft Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to ensure memorable stays with smooth check-in/check-out and personalized service. You will address guest requests, complete reports, and assist with luggage and bell desk duties, helping create a seamless guest journey.

As a Non-Management, full-time team member, you’ll move throughout the property, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient environment for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles is favorable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and requests.
• Address guest needs and facilitate service throughout their stay.
• Prepare and complete reports on daily operations.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and bell desk duties.
