Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Abu Dhabi seeks a guest-oriented Front Desk Associate to manage check-ins, billing, and room assignments while delivering exceptional service. You will set up guest accounts, process payments, and assist with rewards information to ensure a seamless stay.

ESSENTIAL: strong communication, high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of guest service experience, and willingness to supervise as needed. Marriott brand experience is a plus in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins, verify identity, payment method, assign room and issue room key.
• Set up accurate guest accounts and enter Marriott Rewards information.
• Secure payment prior to issuing room key; verify and balance billing and document exceptions.
• Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists; balance and drop receipts.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees; model FAIR TREATMENT policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets; ensure safety procedures.
