Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests, verify identity and payment, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Set up guest accounts, enter rewards information and ensure rate accuracy.
• Process payments, balance cash, and prepare cashier/closing reports.
• Assist in training and coaching staff; support a positive work environment.
• Respond to guest requests and maintain high standards of service.
