The role emphasizes personal responsibility for guest satisfaction and proactive service. You will maintain knowledge of the hotel's product and PBX system, including rooms, rates, dining outlets, spa and facilities, and participate in events and trainings to develop professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive Anantara manner.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel product and PBX system, including room types, rates, related features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club, and other Anantara properties.
• Take personal responsibility for the service and attitude with which guest service is delivered, ensuring that it consistently meets the highest Anantara standards.
• Take personal responsibility for addressing all issues related to guest satisfaction and ensure timely follow-up.
• Be proactive and innovative by suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs and enhance their Anantara experience.
• Develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.
• Attend hotel events, daily shift briefings, and training sessions to continuously develop professional skills.
