Job Description

As a Night Auditor, you ensure a seamless and safe overnight operation while delivering Novotel’s guest experience. You are responsible for balancing daily financial transactions, preparing key reports, and supporting guests with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining service excellence, accuracy, and brand consistency throughout the night.

  • Welcome and assist guests promptly, demonstrating Accor’s values in every interaction.
  • Manage overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Anticipate guest needs, handle concerns professionally, and provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready front desk and lobby environment.
  • Process and verify all daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in room charges, payments, rebates, and adjustments.
  • Complete the night audit process and roll the business date in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Prepare daily revenue and operational reports for management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support the smooth transition between shifts by clearly communicating any pending tasks or guest follow-ups.
  • Monitor hotel premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and Heartist.
  • Respond to emergencies in accordance with Accor safety and security procedures.
  • Report any irregularities, incidents, or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments regarding early arrivals, departures, and special guest requirements.
  • Ensure alignment with Accor policies, procedures, and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Front Office or Night Audit withinhotel industry is preferred.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a guest.
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS systems (Opera or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
