Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage products (ready, off-plan, self-employed, expat profiles)
• Conduct initial eligibility and affordability assessments
• Collect, verify, and submit client documentation
• Coordinate with real estate agents and internal teams
• Track applications and follow up until final approval and disbursement
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking and regulatory requirements
• Maintain high customer service standards and relationship management

Skills

Minimum 1 year experience in UAE mortgages

Strong understanding of DBR, LTV, credit policy, and bank requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple cases under timelines

Experience handling self-employed and expat profiles preferred
