Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Mid-level MEP Architect (Design) to join their team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD expertise and experience in designing and coordinating MEP systems. Responsibilities include preparing detailed MEP drawings, coordinating layouts, and ensuring compliance with local codes. Candidates with a degree in a relevant discipline and experience on GCC projects will be preferred. Good communication and independent working skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• GCC or UAE project experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Revit MEP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MEP design and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop and revise MEP layouts in coordination with architectural drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with UAE/GCC codes and standards.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers and architects.
• Support design calculations and BOQ preparation.
• Maintain drawing standards and document control.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
