About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of multiple complex projects across Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines to deliver high‑rise buildings to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal profile brings strong leadership, deep MEP technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams from initiation to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle execution of MEP works on high‑rise residential and hotel projects
• Plan and monitor project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables
• Coordinate across mechanical, electrical and plumbing teams to ensure smooth integration
• Review designs, BOQs, drawings and ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NEC and local authority standards
• Direct all authority approvals (DEWA, DM, DCD, etc.) ensuring timely inspections and certifications
• Manage contractor/subcontractor teams, control labour productivity and optimise performance
• Conduct project progress meetings, issue weekly reports and support top management in strategic planning
• Ensure QA/QC processes are embedded and safety regulations followed across the lifecycle
• Lead project handover documentation and close‑out procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of UAE experience in managing MEP projects
• Proven leadership in delivering high‑rise towers or hotel developments from start to finish
• In‑depth knowledge of design coordination, site supervision, procurement and contract administration
• Familiar with UAE local authority processes (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.)
• Solid background with reputed MEP contractors and consultants
• Fluent in written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong labour control and project manpower planning skills
• Strong knowledge of contracts, submittals and authority documentation
• Stable employment history (no job hopping) with at least 23 projects completed end‑to‑end
• Must be currently based in UAE
