• Develop parametric models, families, and templates for efficient drafting workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and resolve drafting issues.
• Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3‑5 years of MEP drafting experience in the UAE.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).
• Technical knowledge of parametric modeling, family creation, and template development.
• Portfolio of sample projects/drawings; CV must be submitted for shortlisting.
