Job summary

Darwinbox, a fast-growing AI-enabled cloud HR platform, is seeking an experienced SDR for the MENA region based in Dubai. You will own outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and nurture opportunities to support revenue goals.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing, maintain CRM hygiene, and drive deal closures through multi-touch engagement. 4–8 years in B2B SaaS inside sales, Arabic fluency, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in B2B SaaS inside sales/SDR
• Arabic language proficiency mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with CRM and sales tools

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: outbound prospecting via cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to identify potential customers
• Lead Qualification: research to understand prospects and pain points
• Lead Nurturing: engage leads through multiple touchpoints to educate them about Darwinbox’s value
• Value Demonstrations: coordinate product demos for qualified leads and handoff to sales
• CRM Hygiene Management: maintain accurate lead/interaction data in the CRM
• Deal Closure Push: collaborate with sales to navigate internal hurdles and close deals
