Darwinbox, a cloud-based HR platform backed by AI, is hiring an Enterprise Sales Director to drive new business across the MENA region and close complex SaaS opportunities. You will build executive relationships and lead multi-stakeholder deals, partnering with GTM teams to progress opportunities.

The role requires 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience with strong MENA exposure and a track record of acquiring new logos. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience, with significant exposure to the MENA market.
• Proven track record in new-logo acquisition and selling complex SaaS / enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and navigating commercial and procurement processes.
• Arabic-speaking preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own new business acquisition across MENA, from target account identification through closure.
• Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline through proactive prospecting, executive engagement, referrals and industry networks.
• Establish relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders and lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Understand client business priorities and position Darwinbox around relevant business outcomes, rather than product features alone.
• Partner closely with SDR, Presales, Value Engineering, Product Marketing and other GTM teams to progress and close opportunities.
• Maintain clear ownership of pipeline, deal strategy, forecasting and revenue targets.
• Represent Darwinbox at relevant industry and executive forums to build relationships and create new opportunities.
