Job summary

TAIT, a leading live experiences company, is seeking a Business Development Executive in Dubai to drive revenue growth across the MENA region. You will identify opportunities, build trusted relationships with decision-makers, and translate client needs into compelling solutions while collaborating with regional leadership.

You will own the sales lifecycle from origination to close, maintain a healthy pipeline (3–4x quota), and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development or sales leadership in MENA.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Strong consultative selling, pipeline management, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual sold revenue targets and regional growth.
• Forecast revenue with leadership; define execution strategies.
• Develop trusted relationships with client decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Own opportunities from origination through close.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with 3-4x coverage and track status.
