Job summary

Valtech is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth across the MENA region, with a primary focus on the UAE, based in Dubai. You will identify qualified leads, shape executive-level conversations, and guide clients through transformation journeys that leverage Valtech’s digital experience capabilities.

You will own end-to-end sales cycles, collaborate with marketing and delivery teams, and work with global SMEs to close large, strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales in a digital agency or consulting environment.
• Experience selling complex, multi-year engagements across digital experience, strategy, data and tech.
• Existing MENA enterprise network is a strong advantage.
• Able to lead consultative sales conversations with senior executives.
• Comfortable owning multi-million revenue targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Valtech as a go-to-market leader and consultative sales partner in MENA.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring net new clients across key sectors.
• Take ownership of the full end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution design, pitch, and closure.
• Leverage existing networks to build new business relationships and expand your network.
• Drive a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound leads, partner referrals, and your own network.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and demand generation to support lead generation activities and campaigns.
• Work with Valtech’s partners and hyperscalers to identify and close co-sell opportunities.
• Accurately manage forecasting and pipeline activity using Salesforce CRM.
• Stay up to date with Valtech case studies and capabilities.
