Job summary

People10 Technologies Inc is seeking a driven Business Development Executive for Dubai to accelerate growth across the MENA region. You will generate opportunities, engage B2B clients, and manage a robust sales pipeline across IT services and solutions.

Ideal candidates have 4-5 years in IT services sales with UAE/MENA experience, strong prospecting skills, and proficiency with modern sales tools. You will collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to position solutions and close deals.

Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in IT services/solutions sales or B2B business development.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities across the MENA region
Identify and engage potential B2B clients through multiple channels
Conduct prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Understand client requirements and position relevant IT solutions/services
Schedule and conduct initial client discussions and discovery calls
Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams for solution positioning
Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets
Build strong relationships with prospects and support the sales team through the closure cycle
