Job summary

FAAC Technologies in Dubai seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager for the Middle East & Africa to drive market expansion, develop strategic opportunities and strengthen relationships with customers, authorities and partners.

You will lead regional strategy, coordinate a regional team, manage the early sales cycle, monitor pipeline and report to the Business Development Director while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required across all interactions.
• Experience covering multiple countries in MEA is preferred.
• Proven leadership and team coordination capabilities.
• Willingness to travel across the MEA region as required.
• Bachelor's degree in related fields is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional BD strategies to expand MEA market presence.
• Lead and coordinate the regional Business Development Executives.
• Identify and qualify new projects, customers and partners across MEA.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, consultants and partners.
• Initiate and shape early sales opportunities and coordinate handover.
• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Develop country and market development plans and manage pipeline.
