Job summary

Confirmo is seeking a Head of Business Development MEA to drive revenue growth and own the end-to-end sales engine in the new MEA entity. You will open markets, build pipe, and close strategic deals while partnering with the CEO MEA & APAC on GTM strategy and partnerships.

You will own revenue for the region, shape the market entry strategy, and ensure regulatory compliance in the UAE as the Dubai-based BD Director.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with quota attainment.
• Proven ability to own the sales process from discovery to close.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for Confirmo MEA as Head of BD.
• Own the full business development engine from market opening to closing strategic deals.
• Lead revenue strategy for the region in collaboration with CEO MEA & APAC.
• Shape GTM strategy and strategic partnerships with regional leadership.
• Define and lead market entry strategy for the MEA region.
• Own end-to-end pipeline generation in Dubai-based role.
• Build and own a proactive pipeline across crypto, fintech, payments and more.
• Ensure sales activities align with UAE regulatory requirements.
