Job summary

Agentic Global Talent seeks an experienced Sales Manager – MENA to drive B2B client acquisition and revenue growth across the Middle East and North Africa. You will lead a sales team, develop market-specific strategies, and manage end-to-end sales cycles with a focus on building strong client relationships.

The role requires 4–7 years in B2B sales, with experience in MENA/GCC markets and a solid professional network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management or related field.
• MBA or relevant sales/business qualification is a plus.
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales/business development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the MENA region.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Identify and generate qualified B2B leads across MENA markets.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Develop proposals based on client requirements.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track performance.
