Maseera is seeking a Growth and Marketing Manager to drive B2B customer acquisition, engagement and retention across the UAE. You will design and execute high-impact campaigns, optimize CAC and ROI, and partner with Sales and Product to refine ICP and ABM programs.

The role focuses on building a strong local brand, launching data-driven initiatives, and delivering measurable growth for cross-border payments in the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B customer acquisition by developing pipeline strategies that yield high-intent, ICP-aligned prospects — focusing on deal quality and conversion rates.
• Optimise CAC, conversion rates, and marketing ROI through data-driven decision-making and channel analysis.
• Partner with Sales and Product to design ABM campaigns, refine ICP, and conduct win/loss analyses.
