Job summary

Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking an Assistant Concierge Manager to lead the Concierge, Bell and Valet teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Dubai's iconic resort. The role focuses on service excellence, training, rosters, and guest satisfaction while ensuring standards and grooming are maintained.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in luxury hospitality, UAE experience preferred, fluent English and an additional language, and strong Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud skills to support

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language.
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Opera Cloud systems.
• Experience in luxury 5-star environments is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Concierge, Bell and Valet operations to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee porch and luggage services to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Keep Opera Telephone Book, iPads, and Mercury updated with restaurant, airline, mall and hotel facility information.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure staff grooming, uniforms, and punctuality, with six hours of monthly training for each staff member.
• Prepare weekly duty rosters, manage attendance, and oversee vacation planning.
