Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive approach to handling guest requests and service recovery.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coach the Concierge team, providing training and feedback to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Oversee daily Concierge operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery in line with hotel standards and procedures.
• Handle escalated guest requests, complaints, and complex situations, ensuring effective resolution and high guest satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with VIPs and repeat guests, delivering personalized service and anticipating their needs.
• Coordinate closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and a smooth overall guest experience.
• Monitor guest feedback and team performance, identifying opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and operational processes.
