Jumeirah Group & Corporate seeks an Executive Director of Guest Experience (Programming) to lead global guest journey strategy. The role collaborates with property teams to craft bespoke experiences spanning dining, wellness, recreation, excursions, and exclusive events, ensuring alignment with brand standards and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of leadership in global luxury hospitality, multi-property experience.
• Experience in concierge services, destination management, or luxury travel is advantageous.
• Proven ability to craft bespoke, emotionally resonant guest journeys for high-value clients.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance brand and guest satisfaction.
• Strong operational background across front-of-house and experience functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with each property’s hotel team to curate property-specific guest experiences.
• Ensure experiences align with each property’s business model and can be scaled.
• Lead development of detailed processes, budgets, pricing, and operational logistics.
• Identify and share best-in-class industry practices across the portfolio.
• This is an individual contributor role focused on hands-on execution.
