Job summary

Jumeirah Al Qasr is seeking a Guest Service Executive – Concierge to join our luxury hospitality team in Dubai. You will deliver personalized guest services and coordinate across departments to ensure seamless experiences for guests.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in hospitality customer service, a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus in our diverse environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service or front desk roles within hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages desirable.
• Proactive problem-solving and service recovery abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and personalized service to guests, ensuring interactions reflect luxury standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, and F&B to fulfill guest needs.
• Handle special requests such as transportation, dining reservations, and amenities.
• Resolve minor guest complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, upselling where appropriate.
• Support VIP and repeat guest recognition programs.
