Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Pastry Chef - Mediterranean to lead the Mediterranean pastry kitchen within a 5-star setting. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure consistency with recipes and standards, and collaborate on menu development with the Executive Chef.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in a luxury kitchen, strong pastry expertise, leadership ability, and HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a 5-star kitchen.
• Strong pastry knowledge, including cost control of ingredients.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Mediterranean Pastry kitchen.
• Monitor resources and optimize equipment, ingredients and inventory.
• Develop weekly menus, monthly promotions and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure dishes meet established recipes and quality standards.
• Lead and coach the kitchen team to high performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and HACCP compliance; uphold safety practices.
• Address guest feedback to enhance the dining experience.
