Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie, Specialty - Pastry Shop, to lead the pastry team in a luxury, 5-star kitchen environment in the UAE. The role demands strong leadership, culinary finesse, and a focus on cost control and quality across pastry operations.

You will develop menus, supervise daily pastry production, and ensure every dish meets exacting standards while upholding health and safety guidelines.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of Pastry Shop, including cost control and pricing of ingredients and supplies.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills with ability to motivate, mentor, and guide team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with staff and management.
• High attention to detail ensuring food quality, presentation standards, cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Basic computer literacy for kitchen operations and inventory systems.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of the Pastry Shop kitchen to ensure efficiency and adherence to culinary standards.
• Monitor resource consumption and optimize equipment, ingredients, and inventory.
• Develop weekly menus, monthly promotions, and seasonal offerings with the Executive Chef.
• Ensure all dishes meet recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Lead and coach kitchen staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment per HACCP guidelines.
• Address guest requests and feedback to enhance the dining experience.
