Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a senior Pastry Kitchen Lead to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and culinary standards. You will coach the team, manage inventory, and ensure all pastries meet recipes and presentation guidelines.

You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop weekly menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings, while maintaining high health and safety compliance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Culinary qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a 5-star kitchen environment with pastry leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Lebanese Pastry kitchen to ensure efficiency and standards.
• Lead, coach and support kitchen team to maintain performance and teamwork.
• Maintain HACCP compliance, health and safety and presentation guidelines.
• Develop weekly menus, monthly promotions and seasonal offerings with the Exec Chef.
• Address guest requests and feedback to enhance the dining experience.
