Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Mediterranean Pastry kitchen ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
Monitor resource consumption and optimize equipment, ingredients, and inventory usage.
Develop weekly pastry menus, monthly promotions, and seasonal offerings with the Executive Chef.
Lead, coach, and support the pastry team to maintain high performance and teamwork.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and HACCP-compliant health and safety practices.
