Job summary

Zoho Corporation Pvt in Dubai is seeking a Partner Account Executive to drive the partner ecosystem across the Middle East. You will manage existing partners, recruit new ones, and co-create GTM plans to accelerate revenue through channel motions.

The role requires 3–5 years in SaaS or cloud sales, strong Arabic, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales, partner account management, or business development in SaaS/cloud/IT solutions.
• Arabic fluency mandatory and strong English proficiency.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets via partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing channel/implementation partners in the Middle East.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand coverage and capability.
• Collaborate with partners on joint business plans, GTM activities, and sales strategies.
• Drive partner-led pipeline and co-selling motions.
• Enable partners with training, certifications, and resources to sell solutions.
• Monitor partner KPIs and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Liaise between partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, product, support).
• Represent the company at partner events and customer-facing activities in the region.
