MEA/GCC SaaS Account Executive — HRMS Sales

Job summary

Keka HR is seeking a results-oriented B2B SaaS sales professional to drive growth in the MEA/GCC region from our Dubai base. You will lead outbound and inbound efforts, demos, and negotiations, building lasting relationships with HR leaders.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with Pre-sales, Product, and Customer Success, and consistently meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / HRMS / software sales.
• Proven strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in outbound/inbound sales and lead conversion.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
• Exposure to GCC markets (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the MEA/GCC region.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, demo, negotiation, closure.
• Conduct product demonstrations for HRMS solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Product, and Customer Success).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
