Job summary

Planon in Dubai is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue through strategic partners and system integrators across the MEA region.

You will lead complex enterprise software deals from first engagement to contract and collaborate with partners to expand market presence.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in partner-led software sales, fluency in English and Arabic, and a track record of building and closing new business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS, ERP, EAM, IWMS, workplace, real estate, asset management, facilities management, or comparable enterprise software solutions.
• Proven success building and closing new business opportunities.
• Experience selling through or alongside partners, resellers, system integrators.
• Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a new business pipeline across the MEA region through strategic partners and system integrators.
• Identify, develop, and pursue opportunities jointly with partners and act as a trusted co-selling counterpart.
• Drive complex enterprise software sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.
• Generate demand through direct prospecting, networking, and market outreach while leveraging partner ecosystems.
• Work with enterprise customers and partners to position business-critical software solutions that deliver long-term operational value.
