Job summary

Al Zaabi Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Enterprise SaaS Business Growth Manager to lead the launch and growth of our Enterprise SaaS business. You will shape strategic direction, GTM planning, and enterprise partnerships within the UAE market.

The role requires coordinating with product and technology teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, building scalable operations, and driving revenue growth through effective market strategy and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or tech consulting.
Experience launching or scaling SaaS or enterprise tech solutions.
Strong understanding of UAE tech ecosystem and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the business strategy for the Enterprise SaaS platform.
Lead the setup and commercial launch of the SaaS business in the UAE.
Develop and implement GTM marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
Identify and build relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Align solutions with market requirements with product/tech teams.
Develop SOPs and operational workflows.
Ensure UAE regulatory compliance for technology offerings.
Track performance and advise on revenue growth and market penetration.
